We believe that the most exciting thing is to create something that improves the lives of your peers. Lots of successful companies are driven by such values, and that was precisely the greatest incentive for us when we decided to be independent and founded Locksmith Maple Grove.
We opened our doors to offer traditional locksmithing services in the early 70’s, taking advantage of the city’s fast growth that followed the upgrades made to the U.S. Highway 169 and other relevant interstate roads. Seeing that the security industry was undergoing significant transformations, we decided to move our business in a new direction: going beyond locks and keys and evolve into a full security systems provider, with tailored solutions for each client.
During the 80`s, this change in direction allowed us to gather a fresh crew, hiring young people from the surrounding neighborhoods. Our innovation is powered by our people; the dream team we assembled is made of workers with that have different skills and strengths while keeping the same servicedriven values. We work hard to keep them happy, as we learned that a good employee won’t stay long in a nonenjoyable workplace.
By 1992 we expanded our offer by adding a 24/7 emergency service. The amounts of harsh situations our citizens have to face were surprising, but we confronted every issue with a strong passion for serving. We took turns to cover the night shifts, and by 2015 we had a success rate of 97%. We always treated our customers like we want to be treated ourselves, and doing so we built some strong bonds with our clients, some of them very loyal and frequent.
By the arrival of the new century, Locksmith Maple Grove has capitalized the advantage of the explosive growth in the retail sector. With the creation of new commercial districts, we opened new agencies and offered our services to hundreds of businesses, with promising results. We hope to achieve the milestone of growing StateWide by 2018. Become a client and be part of our success!
